  • Bishop's Honeycrisp Apple Sangria

    Now your favorite apple in Sangria form! This delicious concoction has apple, peach and honey flavors. Perfect for those crisp fall days!


    • 2 large Bishop’s Honeycrisp apples, sliced
    • 1 bottle Bishop’s Stone House White Apple Wine
    • 1 cup Bishop’s Honey Peach Melba Apple Wine
    • ¼ cup blossom honey
    • 2 oranges – 1 quartered
    • 1 lemon – quartered
    • 1 lime – quartered
    • 2 cinnamon sticks
    • 2 quarter size lumps of ginger – peeled and sliced
    • 3 whole cloves
    • 2 Tablespoons sugar
    • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
    • Ice
    • Club soda

    Peel, core and chop 1 apple. Combine the Stone House White, Honey Peach Melba and honey in a bowl. Add 1 quartered orange, lemon, lime, cinnamon sticks, chopped apple, ginger and cloves. Refrigerate 4 hours to overnight.

    Strain the sangria into a pitcher. Peel, core and chop the remaining apple into a bowl. Add the peeled, sectioned and chopped remaining orange.

    On a small plate, blend the sugar and cinnamon. Moisten the rims of wine glasses and dip in the cinnamon sugar to coat. Fill the glasses with ice. Pour in the sangria until three-quarters full. Top with a splash of club soda. Garnish with a spoonful of the chopped apple and orange.

  • Apple Sunset

    This deliciously refreshing wine spritzer is made with our own Bishop’s Celebration Apple Wine and Orange San Pellegrino to yield a deliciously tangy cool summer drink!


    • 2 bottles Bishop’s Celebration Apple Wine
    • 3 cans Orange San Pellegrino
    • 1 orange, sliced
    • 1-2 sprigs mint

    Combine the Celebration and San Pellegrino in a pitcher. Place in orange slices and mint. For an added effect, freeze some San Pellegrino in ice cube trays to use in place of ice cubes!

  • Sweet Celebration

    This colorful spritzer is a must around the 4th of July! With a colorful combination of raspberries, blueberries and apples, this spritzer is the perfect accompaniment to that Independence Day picnic.


    • 2 bottles Bishop’s Celebration Apple Wine
    • 1 bottle Rieme Sparkling Limonade
    • 1 pint Fresh Raspberries, frozen
    • 1 pint Fresh Blueberries, frozen
    • Few sprigs mint
    • Ice

    Combine Celebration wine and Rieme Sparkling Limonade in a large pitcher or punch bowl. Add frozen raspberries and blueberries and garnish with mint and ice.

  • Mulled Apple Wine

    The perfect heart-warming blend; our Faulkner’s Spiced Apple Wine combined with our own farm-fresh apple cider is a delicious, festive treat and sure to be your new holiday favorite. Enjoy this delicious mulled wine with our homemade Apple Cider Donuts!


    • 2 bottles Bishop’s Faulkner’s Spiced Apple Wine
    • 1 bottle Bishop’s own apple cider
    • 1 bottle ginger ale
    • 2 sliced apples
    • 3 cinnamon sticks

    Combine Faulkner’s Spiced Apple wine, Bishop’s own apple cider and ginger ale in a pot. Gently heat, stirring often, until liquids start to simmer. Do not boil. Remove from heat and add sliced apples and cinnamon sticks. This drink is also delicious chilled!

  • Pretty in Peach Sangria

    Delightfully refreshing and full of fresh flavor, our peach sangria is a sweet treat for those hot summer afternoons! Enjoy with cheese, crackers or fruit salad.


    • 2 bottles Bishop’s Honey Peach Melba wine
    • ½ bottle Bishop’s Blushing Beauty Peach wine
    • ½ bottle Lemon-Lime Club Soda
    • 2 peaches, sliced
    • 5 medium-large strawberries, sliced
    • Mint
    • Ice

    Slice the fruit and combine in a large pitcher or punch bowl. Add in wine and club soda. Stir gently. Add ice and mint to garnish.

  • Cheery Peach Sangria

    Peaches and cherries! What a delightful and delicious pair. Enjoy in the early fall, when both of these fruits are in season. Enjoy this sangria and share with friends!


    • 1/8th cup superfine sugar
    • 1/4th cup brandy
    • 2 ½ cups pitted sweet cherries
    • 1 bottle Bishop’s Honey Peach Melba Apple wine
    • 2 cups Bishop’s Blushing Beauty Peach wine
    • 1 cup club soda, chilled
    • 2 medium peaches, thinly sliced
    • 3 thyme sprigs

    Combine the sugar and brandy together until the sugar has dissolved. Add cherries and wines and let chill for 4-8 hours. Add the club soda, peach slices and thyme sprigs. Enjoy!!

    For a variation, try adding lavender sprigs instead of thyme.

  • Bishop's Honey Peach Sangria

    Bursting with peach, raspberry, strawberry and honey flavors, this sangria is deliciously refreshing, lightly sweet and every so gently sparkling. A must for summer!


    • 2 bottles Bishop’s Honey Peach Melba Apple Wine
    • 1 bottle Bishop’s Celebration Apple Wine
    • ½ bottle Ginger ale
    • 3 large ripe peaches, sliced
    • 5 medium strawberries, sliced
    • Mint to taste

    Place sliced peaches and strawberries in a large punch bowl or pitcher. Add Celebration Apple Wine, Honey Peach Melba Apple Wine and Ginger ale. Stir in mint and two cups crushed ice. Enjoy immediately or let steep for 2 hours for stronger flavor.

  • Sachem's Sunrise

    What better way to compliment a delicious brunch with the perfect, fruity mimosa? Our own delicious Sachem’s Twilight peach sparkling wine combined with orange juice make for an unforgettable way to start the day.


    • 6 cups Bishop’s Orchards own Sachem’s Twilight Peach Wine
    • 2 cups Orange juice (try Mango-Orange juice for a fun twist!)
    • Crushed Ice

    Opt. Sliced frozen peaches

    Combine Sachem’s Twilight and Orange juice in a tall pitcher. Add ice and optional frozen peach slices. This breakfast treat is especially delicious with a slice of Bishop’s own Apple Cinnamon Coffee Cake!

  • Bartlett's Best

    Bishop’s own Whitfield’s Pearadox Bartlett pear wine and Celebration apple wine are combined to create this medley of tangy, fruit flavor. Especially delicious with a rich cheese like Gouda or Brie.


    • 1 bottle Bishop’s Whitfield’s Pearadox Bartlett pear wine
    • 1 bottle Bishop’s Celebration apple wine
    • 1 mango, cubed
    • Handful of green grapes, sliced in half
    • Ice

    Combine wines in a large pitcher. Add mango and grapes. Let chill for 2-4 hours before serving.

    For an extra flavor kick, add a knob of peeled, chopped ginger!

  • A "Happy Pear" Sangria

    A delicious blend of Bishop’s own Happley Impeared, pear- apple wine and Celebration, our pure apple wine, this sangria has ginger ale in it for some added spritz!


    • 2 bottles Bishop’s Happley Impeared wine
    • 1 bottle Bishop’s Celebration Apple wine
    • 1 bottle ginger ale
    • 2 apples (one yellow, one red), sliced
    • 10 large blackberries

    Combine apples and berries in a large pitcher or punch bowl. Combine wine and ginger ale and stir into the fruit. Add ice and enjoy!

  • Pear O' Spices

    Did you know that pears are delicious with cinnamon, ginger and honey? Well, try our zesty Pear O’ Spices wine and be amazed at the mural of flavors in this delicious drink!


    • 2 bottles Bishop’s Pearadise Pear wine
    • 1 bottle ginger ale
    • 1 cinnamon stick
    • 3 ripe pears
    • ¼ cup honey
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 teaspoon almond extract
    • 1 quarter size knob of ginger, peeled and sliced

    Slice pears and place in bowl. Place honey, cinnamon sticks, vanilla and almond extracts and ginger over the pear slices and let sit for 1-2 hours.

    Add the Pearadise and ginger ale and let the sangria sit for 2 more hours. Strain out the solids and pour into a pitcher. Add the remaining sliced pear and some ice.

  • Very Berry Wine Spritzer

    When you enjoy Bishop’s, you enjoy locally made wines! Our own farm grown sweet berries in one of our most popular wines make this the perfect accompaniment to any summer picnic!


    • 2 bottles Bishop’s Stone House White Apple Wine
    • 1 bottle Rième Sparkling Pink Limonade
    • 1 pint frozen Red Raspberries
    • 1 pint frozen Blueberries
    • Fresh mint leaves
    • Ice

    Mix the wine and limonade together in a large pitcher. Add the berries and mint and gently stir. Add ice as needed. Enjoy!

  • Bishop's Berry Sangria

    Beat the summer heat with our delicious and refreshing Very Berry Sangria! A medley of fruit and wines make this drink a must try.


    • ½ cup castor sugar
    • 1 tsp crushed ginger root
    • 1 ½ cups blueberry or grape juice (pure, not cocktail)
    • 1 ½ cups Bishop’s Hyland Red Pure Raspberry Wine
    • 1 bottle Bishop’s Apple Raspberry Blush Wine
    • 2 cups ginger ale
    • 1 cup each frozen raspberries, blueberries and strawberries
    • Mint to garnish
    • Crushed ice

    Combine sugar and ginger root together with the ginger ale until the sugar is dissolved. Add the wines and stir in the berries. Garnish with mint and ice. Enjoy chilled!

  • "Pangoberry" Sangria

    A match made in fruit heaven! Our own orchard grown, Bishop’s peaches combined with mangos and strawberries in our Bishop’s Honey Peach Melba wine and Celebration Apple wine make this sangria a summer treat.


    • 2 bottles Bishop’s Honey Peach Melba wine
    • 1 bottle Celebration Apple wine
    • 1 bottle Ginger ale
    • 1 large ripe Bishop’s peach, sliced
    • 1 large mango, cubed
    • 10 medium strawberries, sliced

    Combine sliced fruits in a large punch bowl or pitcher. Add wines and ginger ale. Add ice and stir. Enjoy often!

  • Sparkling Apple Raspberry

    Bishop’s Raspberry Apple Blush wine is transformed into a sparkling treasure with the addition of raspberry seltzer. An instant crowd pleaser!


    • 2 bottles Bishop’s Apple Raspberry Blush
    • 1 bottle Sparkling Raspberry seltzer
    • 1 cup frozen raspberries

    Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher or punch bowl. Add ice and enjoy!

    For added zest and flavor, add a few wedges of lime to the bowl!
