- 1 cup(s) Sugar
- 0 dash(es) Lemon Juice
- 0 dash(es) Salt
- 1.5 cup(s) Strawberry Puree
Directions
Combine sugar and water. Boil for 6 minutes. Cool. Stir in puree, lemon juice, and salt. Put in ice cube tray. Freeze until mushy. At the same time place on a bowl in freezer. Pour the mush into the frosty bowl and beat with fork or whisk. Return to freezer. Repeat once more- then freeze until solid.
