Strawberry Crepe

These delicate strawberry crepes are rolled up with a fluffy cream cheese filling and sliced strawberries.

  • 8 Egg(s)
  • 0.5 cup(s) All Purpose Flour
  • 0.5 cup(s) Milk
  • 0.25 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Butter
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Almonds
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Confectionery Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Butter
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
  • 3.5 cup(s) Strawberries
  • 1 cup(s) Heavy Cream

Directions


Oven temp: 450 degrees F. Beat eggs well. Slowly add flour, beating constantly. Stir in milk, salt, butter, and sugar. Pour into a 9” greased quiche dish and bake at given temperature for 12 minutes, or until brown and fluffy. Remove from oven and sprinkle with almonds and sugar. Drizzle with a mixture of butter and lemon juice. Top with berries and whipped cream. Cut into quarters.
