- 6 cup(s) Sugar
- 1 Package(s) Gelatin
Directions
Combine rhubarb and sugar and let stand overnight. In the morning, bring mixture to a boil and cook 15 minutes. Remove from heat and add jello. Stir well and ladle into freezer containers. Freeze. Before serving, let jam thaw in refrigerator for several hours.
