- 1.5 cup(s) Pumpkins
- 3 cup(s) All Purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoon(s) Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
- 1 cup(s) Nuts
- 2 tablespoon(s) Pumpkin Spice
Directions
Combine eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin. Mix Well. Combine flour, pie spice, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture. Pour pumpkin mixture into the well of the flour mixture and stir well. Add chopped nuts. Spoon batter into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes to one hour. Bread is done when a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes in pan before removing.
