Peach Glaze

A naturally sweet topping with a little extra sugar to make any pie, cake or ice cream more delectable.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup(s) Peaches
  • 0.5 cup(s) Water
  • 3 tablespoon(s) Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup(s) Sugar

Directions


Cooked mashed peachs and water/juice for 2 minutes

Thoroughly mix sugar and cornstarch together and then quickly stir into hot peach mixture.  Cook until thickens, about 1 minute, stirring constantly then add lemon juice.  Remove from heat.  Use as toppings for pies, cakes and ice cream or in any way your creativity suggests.
