Peach Crisp

Combine the sweet peaches with the nutty almond flavor to make this decadent dessert a great alternative to an apple crisp. Best if served warm with a dollop of vanilla ice cream!

  • 6 cup(s) Peaches
  • 1.5 tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup(s) All Purpose Flour
  • 0.75 cup(s) Sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon(s) Almond Extract
  • 1 Egg(s)
  • 0.25 cup(s) Butter

Directions


Preheat oven to 375º F. Combine peaches, lemon juice and vanilla in a 9 by 13 inch baking dish. Combine flour, sugar and salt in a mixing bowl. Add almond extract to egg. Add egg mixture to dry ingredients and stir until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle flour mixture over peaches and drizzle with butter. Bake 35-40 minutes or until top is golden.
