- 1 Garlic
- 8 ounce(s) Cream Cheese
- 1 cup(s) Margarine
- 1 teaspoon(s) Oregano
- 0.25 teaspoon(s) Basil
- 0.25 teaspoon(s) Dill
- 0.25 teaspoon(s) Marjoram
- 0.25 teaspoon(s) Thyme
- 0.25 teaspoon(s) Black Pepper
Directions
Finely chop garlic in food processor. Scrape sides of bowl. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth, stopping one or two times to scrape sides of bowl. Store in 3 half pint jars in refrigerator for 1 week or freezer for 3 months. Yield: 3 cups.
