Cranberry Pumpkin Bread

Combine the flavors of the tart cranberries to the subtle pumpkin in this tasty bread that is excellent served warm with either butter or honey.

  • 0.5 cup(s) Oil
  • 1 cup(s) Pumpkins
  • 2.25 cup(s) All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Pumpkin Spice
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Baking Soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1 cup(s) Cranberries

Directions


Combine eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin; mix well. Combine flour, spice, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Make well in center and pour in pumpkin mixture. Stir just enough until dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in cranberries. Spoon batter into greased, floured pans. Bake moderate oven at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Makes 2 breads in 8” x 3 ¾” x 2 ½” pans.
