- 6 Pork Chops
- 0.5 cup(s) Onion(s)
- 0.5 teaspoon(s) Rosemary
- 0.75 teaspoon(s) Salt
- 0.125 teaspoon(s) Pepper
- 0.75 cup(s) Water
- 3 Apples
Directions
In a large skillet, melt butter. Add pork chops, 3 at a time and brown well on both sides. Remove chops from skillet. Add onion, rosemary, salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes, until onion is tender. Stir in water. Arrange pork chops and apple slices in a shallow baking dish. Add onion mixture. Cover and bake in a 350 degree F oven for 1 hour or until pork chops are tender. Makes 6 servings.
