Start your morning at Bishop’s Main Orchard with a peaceful outdoor yoga class followed by a calm, meditative flower gathering experience in the field. This three-part weekly series offers a refreshing and grounded way to ease into your weekend.
Enjoy an hour-long all-levels vinyasa flow class that connects breath to movement through a balanced sequence focused on building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Modifications are provided throughout, so both beginners and seasoned yogis can move comfortably at their own level.
Following the class, guests will head into the flower field for a guided, meditative pick-your-own experience with Bishop’s flower gardener, Michaele – creating an opportunity to slow down and mindfully gather a bouquet to take home.
YOGA LED BY ERIN SCHUSTER – We are pleased to welcome local teacher, Erin Schuster to Bishop’s. Erin has been teaching and leading wellness experiences since 2012, including class, retreats, and workshops centered on yoga, meditation, philosophy, sound healing, and breathwork. Her goal is to create thoughtful, welcoming experiences that leave guests feeling grounded and connected. She lives locally in Guilford with her family.
Please Note:
• Bring your own mat and any props you prefer (two blocks and a strap are suggested)
• This event takes place in a farm field outdoors; please watch your step, expect uneven ground, and consider the elements (including sun, wind, and visits from insects)
• Bug spray, sunscreen, and water bottle are recommended
• Port-o-potty restrooms are available on site
• In the event that we need to cancel due to inclement weather, you will be contacted by 2pm the day of the event. A tentative rain date has been planned should we need to reschedule.
