Directions
In saucepan, cook apples and onions in butter until tender. Add flour and blend until smooth. Stir in milk and cider. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Add cheese and seasoning. Stir until melted. Garnish with dash of nutmeg.
