Dietetic Cranberry Sauce

Pair this sauce with your favorite pork, chicken or turkey meals for a bittersweet addition to finish off your entree.

  • 4 cup(s) Cranberries
  • 1.5 cup(s) Water
  • 4 teaspoon(s) Sucaryl


Combine cranberries, water and Sucaryl in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer until berries pop open (about 10 minutes). Chill to serve. Makes 1 to 1 ½ pints.

NOTE: *If a concentrated liquid sweetener such as Squibb’s is used, reduce amount to ½ to ¾ teaspoon.
