  • 4.75 Quart(s) Cranberry Juice Cocktail
  • 2 pound(s) Gelatin
  • 6.25 Quart(s) Evaporated Milk


Heat cranberry juice cocktail. Pour over lemon gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Set in cool place to jell. When mixture begins to jell, beat until fluffy. Beat evaporated milk (ice cold) in a chilled bowl until very stiff. Fold into gelatin mixture. Dip into individual molds or put into pudding pans. Makes 100 (1/2 cup) portions.
