  • 2 cup(s) All Purpose Flour
  • 1.5 teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon(s) Baking Soda
  • 1 Egg(s)
  • 0.75 cup(s) Orange Juice
  • 0.25 cup(s) Water
  • 0.25 cup(s) Oil
  • 4 teaspoon(s) Sweet 10
  • 1 cup(s) Cranberries
  • 0.5 cup(s) Nuts

Directions


Sift flour, measure; resift with baking powder, salt and soda. Combine beaten egg with orange juice, water, cooking oil and Sweet 10. Stir into dry ingredients just enough to moisten. Fold in cranberries and nuts. Turn into well greased 9” x 5” x 3” pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 to 60 minutes.
