BBQ Pork Chops with Pear Sauce

Add an extra layer of flavor to your pork chops with some fresh pears that are blended into a sauce.

  • 3 tablespoon(s) Brown Sugar
  • 0.125 teaspoon(s) Nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Margarine
  • 0.5 teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
  • 4 Pork Chops
  • 2 Pears

Directions


Season pork chops with garlic powder and black pepper.  Barbecue until thoroughly cooked .  While pork chops are cooking, prepare pear sauce.  Melt butter in small frying pan, add brown sugar and spices.  Mix thoroughly.  Add pears and stir to coat.  Cover pan and cook over low heat until tender, stirring occasionally.  Cooking time will vary depending on the ripeness of the fruit.  Serve sauce over pork chops.
