General Admission tickets get you access to the Yale Peabody Museum touch & feel displays, art project & giveaway (plus our Big Red Barn Store). You must purchase additional ticket options for access to our Activity Area, Corn Maze and Pick Your Own Apple Bags.

  • Apple Picking & Wagon Rides

    Come and experience what we’re best known for – the quintessential fall experience – Bishop’s ‘Pick Your Own’ Apple Orchard! Enjoy wagon rides around the orchard and over 15 varieties to choose from over the course of our picking season.

  • Dinosaur Themed Corn Maze

    Come get lost in our bigger than ever, 3.25 acre corn maze! This year’s theme is DINOSAURS, in collaboration with the Yale Peabody Museum. Enjoy taking windy paths through our brontosaurs shaped maze, playing palenontologist as you search for prehistoric clues. For our “mini” dino hunters, they can enjoy a mini maze right next door! The maze opens at 9am with last admission at 5pm to allow plenty of time to enjoy yourself in the field, before closing the orchard at 6pm.

  • Activity Area

    Come have some fun on the farm with activities for the whole family to enjoy, no one is too young or old!

    Activities include:

    Jump Pads, Corn Pit, Pedal Cart Track, Hay Pyramid, Bubble Barn, The Spider Web, Apple Train (weekends and holidays only), Confusion Maze, Mega Slide, and other games!

  • Pumpkin Patch

    Our bigger-than-ever Pumpkin Patch opens a bit later in our Fall Festival Season but will be located in our Main Orchard with Pick Your Own Apples.

    We offer a number of different varieties of pumpkins in our patch as well as other fall decor.  They range from Medium to Large size Carving Pumpkins, Sugar Pumpkins, Ghost Pumpkins, Specialty Varieties, Gourds, Indian Corn, Cornstalks, Hay bales, Mums and more!  Prices vary from per pound or per piece depending on the variety.

  2. Crop availability is weather dependent and may change at a moment’s notice. B.W. Bishops & Sons Inc. will not issue refunds in the event of crop failures or shortages.
  3. All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Farm hours & operating days are subject to change without notice due to weather or other reasons.  In the event of mechanical failure or inclement weather, B.W. Bishops & Sons Inc. may close activities without notice.  
  4. By entering, you consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in commercial film or photography in conjunction with B.W. Bishops & Sons Inc. advertising and all media whether known or hereafter devised, for eternity, and you release B.W. Bishops & Sons Inc. , its successors, assignees & licensees from any liability whatsoever. 
  5. Ticket Refund Policy: There are NO refunds. All tickets sold are non-refundable. Please make sure you are able to attend the event before purchasing a ticket. 
  6. Event Weather Conditions: This event will remain open in inclement weather unless otherwise posted on our Facebook or Instagram. We work hard to provide a great outdoor experience for you here on the farm, but we cannot control the weather. We are committed to providing a safe environment for our guests and staff and some attractions and activities may close for everyone’s safety. 
  7. Ticket Resale: Tickets purchased for this event can be freely resold or transferred. However, the original purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring the transfer of their ticket and we will not be held liable for any issues arising from the resale or transfer of a ticket.
  8. Age Restrictions: Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the event.
  9. Photography and Videotaping Consent: By attending this event, you acknowledge and consent to be photographed and videotaped. You hereby waive any rights to claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, televising, or other publication of these materials.
