DESCRIPTION:Yoga & Flowers Classes – Thursday Nights\nDates: Thursday\, July 23 & Thursday\, August 13\nYoga: 6:00–7:00 PM\nFlowers: 7:00–7:30 PM\nPricing: $45/ class \nLocation: Bishop’s Main Orchard\, 480 New England Road\, Guilford\, CT\nPlease note: this event is not held at the Farm Market location on Route 1 \nEnjoy an hour-long all-levels vinyasa flow class that connects breath to movement through a balanced sequence focused on building strength\, flexibility\, and mindfulness. Modifications are provided throughout\, so both beginners and seasoned yogis can move comfortably at their own level. \nFollowing the class\, guests will head into the flower field for a guided\, meditative pick-your-own experience with Bishop’s flower gardener\, Michaele – creating an opportunity to slow down and mindfully gather a bouquet to take home. \nYOGA LED BY ERIN SCHUSTER – We are pleased to welcome local teacher\, Erin Schuster to Bishop’s. Erin has been teaching and leading wellness experiences since 2012\, including class\, retreats\, and workshops centered on yoga\, meditation\, philosophy\, sound healing\, and breathwork. Her goal is to create thoughtful\, welcoming experiences that leave guests feeling grounded and connected.
