Winter at Bishop's is the calmer time of our year, as we sell apples and make cider from last fall's crop. Our family's fine tradition of growing and selling the finest quality local products involves care of our crops like pruning, and upkeep to equipment and buildings as well as managment planning to improve customer experiences. We have everything for your cost concious family meals, from wines and soup, to cider, apples, salad items, cheese, dairy products, meats and of course pies!
